In Delhi, Chinese Ambassador Xu Feihong Stresses Peace and Partnership with India

 New Delhi: In a carefully worded speech, Chinese Ambassador Xu Feihong reached out to India with a message of peace, dialogue, and partnership. His remarks are being seen as a diplomatic gesture to ease strains in India-China relations following years of tension.
