In a high-profile diplomatic engagement, Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh held bilateral talks with Russian Defence Minister Andrey Belousov during the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Defence Ministers’ Conclave in Qingdao. The meeting is seen as a reaffirmation of India and Russia’s long-standing strategic and military partnership.



During the interaction, both leaders discussed key areas of defence collaboration and mutual strategic interests.
