Chaos on Set: Burst Water Tank Injures Crew During Ram Charan's Film Shoot

 A terrifying incident brought filming to a halt on the sets of The India House, a highly anticipated period drama produced by Ram Charan and featuring actor Nikhil Siddhartha in the lead. The incident, which took place near Shamshabad in Hyderabad, involved the sudden bursting of a large water tank set up for a major oceanic sequence. The result was panic, flooding, and multiple injuries among the crew.

According to sources on location, the team was shooting a scene involving simulated waves when the massive tank — reportedly containing thousands of liters of water — collapsed unexpectedly. The force of the water swept through the set, damaging equipment and leaving several crew members injured. Most seriously hurt was an assistant cameraman who was rushed to a nearby hospital along with others.

This production, backed by Ram Charan under the V Mega Pictures banner in collaboration with Abhishek Agarwal Arts, had garnered significant buzz due to its unique storyline set during the British Raj. Directed by debutant Ram Vamsi Krishna, The India House also stars Anupam Kher and Saiee Manjrekar.
